The common characteristics for SenSura Mio pouching systems are the elastic adhesive of BodyFit Technology, the discreet pouch design and the unique full-circle pre-filter. Combined, the three distinct SenSura Mio features provide optimal discretion and comfort – so you can stay confident throughout the day.
Follows body movement
All SenSura Mio barriers are designed with BodyFit Technology. The elastic adhesive is found in all Mio barriers to follow body movement. It is twice as stretchable as traditional appliances and is the foundation to getting the right fit.
Goes unnoticed
SenSura Mio pouches are made with carefully picked fabric that is both comfortable to wear and discreet. The compact bag shape and neutral color ensure that the bags stay unnoticed under clothes – even under white.
Less ballooning
SenSura Mio pouches have a unique full-circle pre-filter. It is designed to reduce clogging and helps to reduce incidents of ballooning by up to 61% (52% for colostomists and 61% for ileostomists). So you can sleep through the night.

SenSura Mio fits regular body profiles and has twice the stretch compared to SenSura barriers. The elasticity enables the appliance to move with your body, while maintaining a secure fit. The appliance stays securely in place, giving you more confidence and peace of mind throughout the day.
SenSura® Mio Convex
SenSura Mio Convex is demonstrated to reduce leakage for inward areas around the stoma. The adhesive stays securely on the skin, creating a reliable seal between the skin and the baseplate. Flexlines ensure the convex shell bends around the stoma – not in the middle of it, so you can bend and stretch without worrying.
SenSura® Mio Convex Flip
SenSura Mio Convex Flip is the first product specially designed for outward body profiles. The curved, star-shaped baseplate hugs the body for a good fit with less creasing and folding. Fit zones in the center zone and outer rim provide extra flexibility, so the baseplate stays in place during body movement.
